The JCRT site was recently hacked by unknown persons and malware implanted throughout the whole site.  We are in the process of restoring as much of the site as possible, which unfortunately takes some time.  Please accept our apologies.  Unfortunately, some of the early HTML files from the years 1999-2002 may have been irretrievably infected and therefore cannot be restored.
